Zee TV is an India-based satellite television channel owned by Zee Entertainment Enterprises based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, which carries broadcasts in Hindi and other regional languages of India.
Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited (ZEEL) was previously known as Zee Telefilms Limited (ZTL) which got diversified into 4 singular entities in 2006. ZTL was founded in October 1992 as a programming bank for Zee TV - India's first Hindi satellite channel.
